The First Meal
It was SOOO easy … just layed out a single layer of chicken wings (sprinkled with garlic powder and onion powder), turned the temp to 375 F and the timer to 30 minutes. Turned them over about halfway through.
The only thing I will change next time is to follow the directions (!) to lightly spray the food basket with oil ahead of time … just to make cleanup easier. Some coconut oil PAM should do the trick.
The Next Meal
Got a couple of Cornish game hens thawed out and ready to go for dinner. This is a fasting day, so dinner will be my first meal today.
Looking forward to my next Big Boss Experience.
